Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA (Isr.)) TEP, formerly of S. Horowitz & Co. In addition to his certification as a lawyer, Adv. Lior Pick has been a certified public accountant since January, 1998. Adv. Lior Pick began his career in taxation at the Economic Department of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He then acquired more experience working as an accountant at the Israeli Income Tax Commission (as well as in framework of the unit for receivership, liquidation and bankruptcy) for 5 years.
Until the establishment of the firm Lior Pick & Co. Law Offices, Adv. Lior Pick (CPA) managed the tax department at the law offices of Cohen Lahat & Co., where, among other matters, he handled some of the country’s largest food companies. He also handled several public and non-public companies in the real estate, investment, hi-tech industries.
Furthermore, Adv. Lior Pick advises and monitors various transactions (including land transactions) while placing particular emphasis on the taxation aspects entailed therein and settlements with the authorities (pre-ruling and/or assessment debates).
